Halloween Newbie Questions

I began playing during whacking day and have not yet seen a Halloween event. However, during whacking day snakes appeared in your town periodically and when you killed them you were awarded dead snakes or eggs as a reward. Dead snakes could be used to buy special event premium items. Eggs could be planted in friends towns where snakes would hatch. I assume it will be similar. A special currency is used for special limited time items.

    Yes.

    Some characters will have special quests that pay out treats or some other currency. And we'll be able to earn them by visiting friends(most likely). But most characters and buildings will still be earning cash.

    Yes. Random quests will still pop up, and you can still work on any level quests you haven't done yet, but you're better off focusing on Halloween because it's limited time.
