I had 2/3 all day while waiting for the cemetery and pet cemetery to spawn out more zombies.
The pet one just finished and one of them dropped another piece, I now have a new quest where I have 3/5 after some dialogue from Lisa and Homer and yet another reminder to watch the special show this Sunday.
I think it's just down to pure luck whether a piece is dropped tbh...
