Has anyone gotten any donuts from visiting friends since the last update?

I noticed it on my wife's account (she freemium), Coolected lots of donuts after Stampy then none until she got the lighthouse,

she collected 85 and bought Arnie Pyle. Makes him fly the helicopter just to annoy me (I'm certain). She has earned 2 since then.
