Has anyone gotten any donuts from visiting friends since the last update?
I have received 4 donuts since I earned the lighthouse.

That's the problem with random probability.
Some will hit more frequently and some less but if you max out your friends every day and have enough friends at 3 taps per friend, it should eventually all balance out.
I've had EARL 2-3 days and gotten no donuts from there but my game was doing all sorts of weird things and crashing a lot and had to delete and reinstall it so I bet I'll do better tomorrow. I've also been a bit lazy about friend recruiting. If I understand the red number above the Bart/Newhouse circle it looks like I have room for 52 more.
But my best luck on extra doughnuts has been buying and selling weather stations since I don't mind wasting the in game cash and while it pushes up the next level threshold, the doughnuts are useful and free.
The shamrocks were great for that but you couldn't sell them and I worried what storing too many of them might do to the game programming.
