Has in game cash lost its value?
You still need cash. The family practice building cost me $160,500 and I believe the hospital is around $193,000, so I'm putting off on buying land for now.

The Christmas update allows you to build up your bank...any quests previous to the update is on hold. So come Jan my pockets will be deep and will purchase Channel 6
