Has the Squidport Glitch Returned?

Stackables have been confirmed gone for a long time. An update changed the mechanics of visiting to, essentially, "one building, one tap."
In other words, multiple neighbors can no longer tap on the same building. This means no more cleaning graffiti in a neighbors town (already been tapped to spray the graffiti in the first place) no more guarantee that short-timer buildings will be available to tap (unless the handshake gets cleared, you can't just wait around for the Simpson house or brown house) and absolutely no handshakes being stacked up on squidport, channel six, the farm, or the open air stage. It's kind of a shame, but it's been true for a long time now.
  • I'll admit it was a shot in the dark, but stranger things have happened in-game.

Hey tappers...I hope this question has not yet been addressed already; if it has I apologize in advance...but does the Squidport glitch still work? If someone is not aware of what the glitch is I am talking about...it is when one of your neighbors taps on your floating (ready) tile above your Squidport...another tile appears.

It came up already but no problem answering. That glitch is long gone.

Wow, I didn't realize this is how the game used to work...

I started playing last year, so this is quite a change to how things always worked while I have played. Sounds like a good system for the most part. I'm not a fan that the current system seems to punish your neighbors if you play "too often" and given them nothing to tap.
