Have Cecil's Task payouts changed??

Definitely not missed completing any tasks so far LPN, completed all 4 every day since start of event, was awarded the NPC walking tomacco thing yesterday, but task 1 today paid 150 spades, task 2 also paid 150 spades and currently task 3 is also paying 150 spades, I'm also inline with the current task list for today of 2,2,2 and assume the final task will be 2hour aswell as I'm currently on task 3
