Changed payout time

Only today my payout time was changed, and not by me. It happened only a few hours before my payout and I was not aware. It cost me rewards because my payout now clashes with another player and should not have happened without notice. I would like to know how this is possible, and why I now can't change my payout time for another 18 hours

    You can try to reach out to EA Help through the in game help button, but if you PO was changed all they will be able to do is confirm you changed it and when.


    As for why you cant change it again, that is due to the 24 hour time restriction on changing it.

    Thank you for your reply. The problem is that I did not change it, somebody else had changed it and I have never given access to my account to anybody
