Well we are thinking that it could be right around this time that people should start popping their 300th balloon. and the 300th balloon would always be the last balloon popped
Yep... it simply can't be a coincidence that this many people are getting the 5 donuts on their 3rd tap around the exact time they'd be scheduled to hit their 300th tap.
