HELP!!! Can´t play tap ball

The Splash Screen is the "game loading" screen with the spinning donut.
Have you done everything it says in the walkthrough?

Memory fades, but didn't the game go back to the main screen and you had to come back in at this point in the quest?

Hope you find a solution. I suppose contacting EA would be next.

didn´t get a splash screen.

It started balls of glory pt 1, it appear the text, i have unlock apu and flanders. then appear these screeshoots

then i got stuck at tap ball because i didn´t have enough players



It didn´t appear before, but i have stored ned and it still appears the message. And it also got a new job "Do Lunges"

Sounds like you need to contact EA or reinstall the game.

Indeed.

The clue is that the game thinks you don't have Ned, but your screen shots show you do. Unless you took that pic while you had Ned's house in inventory. The pic that says "Build the Flanders House".

Sorry we could not solve this for you.

If you are in fact using another method to play the game other than a mobile device, this is likely the problem. It's not supported and is prone to bugs.

Edit: apparently against forum rules to discuss what I had written above. OP, you can read sticky about forum rules to understand what I meant. Just wanted to reply to indicate that we can't help you here if that's what you are using to play.

This is true so there is nothing more than can be said about this issue so I'm locking thread.
