I play all day each day and am 1700 s'mores short of the gate as I type this. The stretch between prizes four and five is a joke (unlocked donut girl days ago :( )

I guess I don't know what to say. The only time I don't have kids telling stories is in the middle of night 4 hours into my sleep. And yeah I don't poop and play either. Gross!

Hmm I have 13 kids. I have never spent a dime on the game so I never use donuts. The guy that says they have their campfire at level 20 already clearly uses Donuts. That's fine just wondered if the gate to nowhere was available to those who play legit. I'm level 53. natewhawkf494. Add me as a friend and check out my town.

Those that have been playing a long time could have premium kids even if they never spent money on the game. You get donuts playing the game, and over time you could spend them on premium kids. That's how my B-game is. I'm XP-level 58 and have 16 kids in that town. 3 of them are premium. Two (Kearney and SVT) that I got from the MBs, and one that I spent donuts on. I got the gate in that town 2 days ago. Campfire is at level 18.

There are many of us playing in a competition we call RTTF (see link in my sig). We are not spending money on the game and we do not use glitches. Many of us have the gate. It was harder for me in that town. Got it yesterday. Campfire at level 18. I'm XP-level 58 in that town with 15 kids. 2 premium (Kearney and SVT). Again, got those from the MBs. I got those premium kids almost from the start of my town. Careful play at the beginning of the game leaves you with about 50 donuts. I then spent all of those on MBs. Picked up a bunch of premium items that way including those two kids, and the BHL, and a few I&S billboards, Channel 6 News Vans, etc.

In my A-Town I got the gate 2 days ago also. That town is over 2 years old and premium. It has many kids. But I got bit by the glitch with Bart at the campfire stalling, and that put me somewhat behind.

If you have donuts and don't have Kearney, and SVT, I'd try that. The odds are good.

I hit Level 21 on the Campfire this morning. I'm mostly freemium (I've played 2 scratchers when I was a few short on a special). I have Kearney, SVT, from mystery boxes and Jimbo from after school deal. I've had Gate to Nowhere for about 3 days now.

I agree with everyone else, the difficulty of most of the events is a function of how many characters you have to put to work. I started this spring during the middle of Super Hero's. That was a moderate grind (and a few donuts spent) for a couple of acts worth of prizes. Terwillagers was a major grind fest. I got all the major prizes but wasn't able to craft everything I wanted.

By the time monorail came around, I was sitting pretty to get everything with moderate tapping (although a couple of premium characters would have been nice). In this event, I've been able to keep up on the monorail for doughnuts and a little bit on Springfield Heights while sending all the kids on their quest.
