Besides the building and premium characters I would suggest as multipliers one of each vehicle as there are tasks associated with burns limo, the shootin' car, and the news van. Ditto with other multipliers with tasks like the hot tub.
House farming can be lucrative and out of the way. You can always store them at a later date and pull them back out if you find yourself suddenly broke.
There will always be new things and characters so save as much as you can.
What kind of multiplier could I expect given a boatload with 1k odd donuts? Should I spend my last 1k donuts on multiplier items (after my buildings and characters) or should I save some?
