highlighted tasks for kids
Did you complete the break curfew task? Did you complete the other task that went with that (make sequel squad train harder)?

True however until the kids task have been done ALL kids will have a highlighted task and WONT be able to be set with the task manager, once you have completed that section they will once again be task manger settable, as for sequel squad member i would suggest fruitbatman (if you have him) i think Petrolus is also useable,
