I know the simple math would be 150 pies X 5 felons = 750 pies, which is not close to what is needed for the bonus donuts, but this assumes perfect timing. Realistically you are missing a few rounds of felon captures, which probably amounts to substantially more pies.
Unless we have reason to believe that handcuffs will be the limiting factor in crafting (like say, pumpkins used to be)....
Not really, my felons where gone only spawns each 8h and my heroes take care of them in 3 or 4h, and in the meantime my heroes have pies doing 8h jobs.
When a six schould spawn i clear 1 to get him.
So in the run of 55000 pies i have the samd amount felons like you.
