BEWARE!
For those who are hoarding 5 criminals, if you get the collector, DONT press on the criminals!
FIRST YOU HAVE TO DO A LITTLE QUEST WITH KRUSTY,
SECOND YOU HAVE TO GET 5 PICKLOCKS (JUST TAB FELLONS)
BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO BUILD FIRST THE BOT. GARDEN
If all those steps ade done (about 10 m)
Just PLACE THE GARDEN ( DONT HAVE TO BE BUILD COMPLETLY)
Then the game tells you there are more prizes
This is the point to collect your 5 handcuffs ( you will have then 5 from the 35 you need in total)
