No don't do it!! I cannot get it to reinstall either, plus it's now telling me i didn't close on another device so it's going to discard any progress i made.
There is no other device!

This message usually means nothing, it just means you didn’t sync your game before closing it last time you played.
What it means to me, is that the date of last save on my device, is not the most recent save. So anything IN that save will be lost and overwritten by whatever is on the server. In this case it's likely because EA went into all our towns to remove the duplicate prospector's shack...and who knows what else.
When i do hours of work on my town, i don't want EA's housekeeping to screw it up or delete it. - niahuntNew RookieEvent is now live - IPad.
Hope the players who are having trouble on Android devices get it sorted soon.
