The event itself wasn’t bad, it was kind of a nice pace for a change. I think the hate is really disappointment. The truth is this game has done such a great job with Halloween events in the past, that people actually look forward to it each year. This years Halloween event for me felt nothing like Halloween. It could have been any other event.
There were no Selma and Patty witches, there were no classic monsters going into the halloween store to buy costumes, no vampires turning people into bats, no kids trick or treating. This was more like the kids ate mushrooms and tripped for six weeks for lame prizes.
