Tried the krustyland/task bar/login/logout/friends and........nothing, still won't trigger. Opened a ticket with EA and got the email and number saying they'll be in touch. (Waiting time for a live chat was 25 mins). I imagine that with quite a few of us having the same problem they'll fix it at some point.
