As this event winds down to its last day +, I thought I'd take the opportunity to mention just how great this event was. In my personal opinion, this has been the best event since Tap Ball, and is a Top 5 event ever for me. Everything about this event was done right: concept, content, and execution. There is literally nothing I can complain about regarding Homerpalooza. I'm not sure how often EA still checks these forums, but on the off-chance they still do... kudos, EA. You hit a home run with this one.

As a long time player, I would have to agree with your assessment. This event kept my attention, where some of the events recently have not. It was a challenge to figure out which performers should perform where, even though I had more than enough to go around. I think a similar event with gamblers might be a good test - something along the lines of which gambler can generate the most money from the casinos.

I'd place this event in my top 5 for sure as I've loved every second of it but the only thing I was disappointed with was the story, it was a little boring after act one.

It was definitely one of my favorites. But I have to lodge my usual complaint that these events are entirely too long. 4 weeks woyld be fine, maybe 10 days or so per act, whatever. But 42 days is way too long.But that aside, I did really enjoy the event. It wasn't terribly difficult to finish either. I noticed that among the people on my friends list, not only did almost everyone finish all 3 acts (24 out of 30 of my neighbors did all 3 acts , 3 finished 2 acts, 2 finished 1 act, and one didnt participate at all) but it was nice to see neighbors who usually dont even come close to finishing get the last prize, a few wrapped up early!Just my $0.02 worth

The length is was perfect for me... It's given me plenty of time to work on overhauling my town while still keeping up with performers to earn donuts (of which I need plenty after spending so many during this event).

It's all going into storage for me for a while. Stages, fences, the crowds I loved so much at the start. It's gone on waaaay too long for me and I'm not entirely sure that it's a good thing that I still see the game when I try to go to sleep at night! I'm a day one player but I need a break from this event.

The problem I have is, if the stages and KEM stall dont have income after the end ends, im struggling to see why I should keep the few hundred item settup over such a large area.

I enjoyed Homerpalooza but I'm definitely looking forward to the THOH event.

I have to wait and see what the job situation is. Many of the new characters only have four hour jobs at the stage. If this continues, then I will need to have more than one out. Otherwise I may store one or two depending on what I end up doing with the design.

I loved this event. The music festival was a great idea, the decorations we got were great. I wish the storyline was longer though. We finally got Bleeding Gums Murphy (which in itself is HUGE). Weird Al was cool, but if we were gonna get a celebrity, he makes the most sense considering he's a parody already. The rock band was welcoming. And we can have them play all year round. Too bad none of them are voiced.

And we got another dead character in Springfield, can we now have regular Maude Flanders, while making her ghost version as the alternate skin. Oh and also, make the Shadow Knight it's own separate character from Bart as well.

As soon as I got manager Cletus a few days ago I stopped doing performances to get bonuts. I have never done that in any previous events. Glad it's over.

Wow, couldn't be on a different wavelength than you guys. This has to be won't of the worst events I can recall since Android game start. Only clash of clones and superheroes 1&2 rate worse in my opinion. I've played every event through but I slowed and nearly quit during this one.
