Not necessarily. You can speed it up with the help of donuts. It's not worth it, I think, because you can easily reach the goal, if you clear and repopulate stages 4 times a day, drop lawyers in friends towns and especially tap the fans, because they have a good payout and are plenty, particularly in the third round it's really worth it.

I never spend donuts to advance so I forget it's an option sometimes but that makes sense. I just thought it was odd because we were only a few days into the event.

Getting through Act 3 is easier than I thought it would be, I'm almost finished with the prize track.
