Honestly is the Cool Brown House Worth 120 Donuts?

I got it when it was free. It's sad they charge so much for it. I love when homer rides his flexie ( bike)
Cbh is one of those rarities that as far as I can remember this is it's 1st re release

Does the Homer Skin that comes with it pay out in premium?

Honestly, it's not that great. It's become hugely popular/requested because it was only available for a few days in 2012, before most here started playing, so it's really only about the novelty factor.

I have it, but I would never pay 120D for it. And once more people have it after the sale, fewer people will care about it because it won't be rare any more.

YES! I have been wanting it for over a year. I just really like the look of it, so for me it is worth it.

For you that is another matter, which do you like better, which will make you smile more when you see it. Buy that one. I already own the bowling alley and I love it too. Don't be swayed by the term limited. Maybe the cool brown house will come back again and maybe it won't, but buy with your heart not your mind. You can always visit the cool brown house in your neighbors town or you can always buy the bowling alley later.

120 donuts is rather high. Of course I would rather pay less. But I've wanted it since I saw it in a neighboring town, and I set aside space for it in one of my neighborhoods, so I coughed up for it. It just depends on how badly you want it.

Well, to me it's totally worth it, and don't get mad but I find it really cheap at 120 donuts, let me explain:

I've always wanted the Cool Brown House, I started playing a couple of weeks after it was released and since then I was willing to pay up to a truckload of donuts for it. To me it seems cheap because I really really wanted to have it, I'm also missing the Mayan stuff, which I like but not that much in order to spend 300 donuts, I won't be buying it because of the price, the lack of land expansion, and the constant crashes and issues of the game.
So if there is something you really want that bad you should get it.

That's the only thing I'm getting until they fix all the issues with the game

Yes, it pays premium. (per other posts and per addicts)

I'm also considering whether to get the cbh. I'd like it much better with its old 4hr payout, instead of the change to 5 mins.
