Honestly is the Cool Brown House Worth 120 Donuts?

I'm tempted as I really want more variety when it comes to houses, but I'd much rather save up for Crazy Cat Lady or the Duff factory.

It absolutely unlocks the skin.

Yes it does - Homer is walking around in my town for 4 hours looking cool. I don't know his other tasks yet.
The 2 houses are worth it to me because they are different and add interest to my town. Who can say whether 1 house in a virtual town is worth the price of a movie ?

I'm still a bit torn. If I can bring myself to buy 300 donuts, I'll probably pass on the CBH. I have the Plow King dangling in my inventory waiting for Barney. I already have plenty of Homer skins. The house doesnt look fantastic to me. I'd rather have a large bowling alley.

The one thing I do like about the CBH is that it works well as a "reverse" house:

Considering you are getting a skin and a building.. probably. Jimbo is 120 donuts, but he's voiceless and doesn't have a building. So comparing to him Homer is voiced and has a building. So yes.

Well it comes with Cool Homer but right now there's no premium payout. Hopefully they change that later.

While I agree that is also overpriced, I really love Willie in the show. This version of him is something I'd really enjoy.

As I absolutely love Portlandia, and I loved that episode with Cool. Homer, so I shall get the brown house.
As soon as I saw it I almost jumped around the room. 120 donuts is a lot, but I doubt it'll ever be back again.
