I've never had a house farm and I have 150,000,000 in cash plus all land and aspirationals. It can be done, you just have to play the game!

Oh I know. My Town earns Approx 300k/day from the 85% multiplier I've slowly accumulated, the 100 or so characters, and the non farm buildings. My point that its still not even remotely worth it to buy cash with donuts despite EAs attempt to make it so stays true.
