Won on the holiday wheel. You need to build the Eggnog bar to unlock the holiday wheel and that will produce 1 spin token every 24hrs. You can also buy spin tokens for donuts.

- I have put my holiday lights up from last year.
- Most likely they are from last year. This is the case with my houses. I assume they have a way to do it for this years update, as mentioned above, I have not gotten to that part yet though.
