How about Night Mode!

Like I said somewhere else, night mode can have night tasks. Kids breaking curfew, police doing police stuff, criminals doing criminal stuff. I really like that rendering of night mode, but if they do it for real, I hope that they let the street lights give off more light so that there is a circular beam shining down to the ground. They could even do a story/quest line for night mode. Burns builds his sun blocker, then it becomes user controlled. It'd be a great way to introduce monetary output for the power plant.
