Night mode???
You're not the only one, I've had it too. I wondered why they looked like they had the lights on as if it were night time in Springfield.

- A lot of buildings light up when occupied. It's odd that the Glitchfield Heights buildings keep animating without a task, but I don't think it's necessarily heralding night mode. It's just the latest on a long list of glitches.

http://i.imgur.com/FTtJo41l.jpg - For the small period of time after I posted my above response, some of my other buildings were randomly animating without tasks, like Wolfcastle mansion, the convention center and Wiggum house to name a few. Idk why they were doing this, but not long after they stopped the SH buildings lights went out.
