New users do not have access to avatars, BB Code or HTML. EA forum moderators come through every now and then (monthly?) and upgrade regular users but the requirements remain a mystery. Stay active. B...

Thats not how it works. You have to be promoted by a mod or the system. PM'ing them won't help.
It worked for me, on JBennet's suggestion actually, but I'm all sugar and honey so people like to help me out. Or maybe it's the ta-tas. :D
