how do i start KEM farming??

Whoa there! Never sell the original Kwik-E-Mart. Set it off somewhere away from your farming zone. Selling ALL the KEMs will result in losing Apu, and any characters doing a task associated with it will be released. I've also seen selling the original KEM cause problems with the game. I also post over in the Answers forum (where I used to be the equivalent of a Moderator before I quit).
Helpful hint: I don't complete the builds on my KEMs until I've sent all my characters on task. If any of them are in a KEM you sell they'll be released and you'll lose the income from those tasks.
