you can collect the things to get it but once you reach the number you'll see you can't craft anymore

Was just looking through the Valentine's additions, did I miss something or is it just all returning items and nothing new :(

I haven't seen this asked yet, but why would they allow you to craft more than one Damaged Court House skin ( do people have more than one court house? ) and only craft one truck shack or horse-drawn SUV?
