How do you get Kodo and Kang?
You have to get to a certain point in the game to get Kang. You buy him with donuts. Then you can get kudos. Look in your Halloween menu and it says what you must unlock first. I'm waiting for him too...

Looked at the halloween menu, didn't tell me what to unlock first.

Keep earning as much goo as you can.....the ray gun will be available somewhere about the 5th-6th prize (about 5-7,000 goo)
