How do you get Kodo and Kang?
You have to get to a certain point in the game to get Kang. You buy him with donuts. Then you can get kudos. Look in your Halloween menu and it says what you must unlock first. I'm waiting for him too...

Does Kodos unlock further into the Halloween story? I have Kang and the Ray Gun from last year but see no option for Kodos in the Premium Items or my inventory.
