How do you get Osaka Flu?

Hi, new to the forums - but, between myself and my kids, we have seven towns (crazy, I know) - anyway, we have not been "infected with the flu" yet..... Do we need to be doing anything to get infected? Sorry for the dumb question but we feel like we're missing something? Thanks!
