How inactive does a neighbor have to be before you delete them?

I only removed 1 for inactivity. There was no date, so I assumed it was expired, or past the limit that the game will show you.

yup i usually wait a month just in case of lockouts.. If i know thier having issues then I just wait it out..

Yeah, part of it is I want to have active neighbors for whacking day, someone who'll visit my town every day and help me earn whatever the special currency is for the event. But I don't want to randomly ditch someone who's having a harp problem or similar, especially if they've been active in my town during Halloween and Christmas. What to do, what to do....

I've been harped about 6 times so I understand the headache. But I'll still delete anyone who hasn't been active for over a week.

I dont look until an event comes up, i understand playin can get a bit boring between updates, but if an update comes round where i need to visit friends then welll id say a week into the update maybe a bit longer

I'm in the same boat. I don't remove inactive friends until a major event is coming and I want to make sure to have active people in my list.

So, fairly safe to say that after 2 months idle someone has overcome their TSTO addiction?

if they're lower level and never seem to level up, then maybe. with all the problems of HoD/being locked out/levels resetting, I don't delete regularly. however, if it looks like you're a straight up farmer that doesn't even put any effort into playing and I just hate visiting your town because its a pain in the * to find anything, or the few people that have thousands of primium items to the point that it actually takes a few minutes to load the town or even crashes the game, you're getting dumped.

I think it's more during special events where it's more obvious they're not playing that I'll purge and try to get more active players. he'll, I don't visit every day myself, I don't expect others to.

though come to think of it, hardly anyone visits my town anymore since the last event ended.
