How many of you went over the 4500 item warning?

Had this game since it came out on Android and I've never had the warning message. Premium player too, got plenty of decos. Playing on a Nexus 7 Mk. 1 too. The game only seems to run slowly if Stampy ...

I got the warning while decorating my new superhero area, but my device is running the same as always. I've actually gotten the message a couple times before, but I hardly ever remove anything, so it must just keep warning me any time I place something new. Or the number keeps going up, but I haven't noticed since I just quickly tap it away.

Edit: I have a 16 GB Kobo Arc, which I don't think is very fancy or anything. It's not even a year old yet though and I have barely anything else on it.
