I usally wait till there is nothing to tap, or if they don't visit me during events, I don't care if they don't visit during down time.
If nothing to tap I check how longs its been if its been 1 day or more they are gone.
During events I am even more harder, there is no excuse for a last login less than one hour ago and you have nothing to tap with hundreds of buildings in your town.
Ive already dropped one person during this event for that.
This has been me lately.
I get aggravated when their last log in was an hour or so ago and there is nothing to tap. Really? You were just in your town, you can't clear your buildings for neighbors?
Or more than 2 days has gone by I drop them. Sometimes I will give a friend that I've had for a while and visits or plays events regularly the benefit of the doubt and wait a few days more, but if it happens over and over where they don't have anything to tap for days at a time I drop them.
During an event like this it is easy to tell if someone is playing the event, look at their event currency count, look at their town, do they have the prizes? If they aren't playing and I have people waiting in my list to be added to my friends list I drop them.
