How many weeks of not playing do you give a neighbor the boot?

I click until there are no more clickable buildings. I even give the friend the benefit of going through Krustyland and clicking those items.

It's just a game. I delete and replace the player from an active Add Friend list.

I used to give 5 weeks but more and more got inactive so i made a complete overhaul for this event. Didnt delete all of inactive neighborinos, 2 were spared. And i must say new peple are active so far.
