How much water is in your town?

My town is modeled after New Orleans so there are canals. The entire town is enclosed in a triple river (so that I could put a bridge around the town to create the effect of a city enclosed by bayous like N.O.). Then there are these bridges dissecting the town (again the triple rivers) to make distinct wards like in the real city.

So I'd say my town is rather water logged, lol.
