How shady is the big wheel?
All I can think about is Young Lister from Red Dwarf saying that everything's "totally shady". But "totally" wasn't an option :(

So far, out of my 2 spins, it appears to be rigged. I had a 20% and 30% chance of getting something I already had, and that's what I got both times. The odds were in my favor twice to get something new, but it didn't happen. Guess I'll wait and see.
