Just as a reminder for everyone, including our new neighbors, as in past events the easiest way to find goblins that you may not be able to locate is to go into the crafting menu and select the option...

From what I read: "They spawn at a rate of 1/10 minutes. Max of 40 in Springfield", so if my math is correct you will get Springfield full of goblins at 6.6 hours (so there's no need to exactly use the magic tower every 4 hours, you have an extra 2.6 hours)
Wow, if that is the case, then this is one of the worst events for spawns/in game event currency. Thanks for the info.
