Han Solo provide some extra damage, but is really intended for use against droids or non-auto-taunt teams. Another character, such as the blue chick, would do better here, but I don't have blue chick to max yet.What the other team needs to do to beat this squad? Take out a character, perhaps Palp, and put in Royal Guard or B2. The double tank is too much to get through with Royal Guard before TFP and friends start taking out team members. Or B2's buff cleanser counteracts the tenacity up so Vader and Boba can get their debuffs in.

This post could be replaced with "have a Tenacity Up faster than their Boba Fett".Also, the fact that you don't know how potency works for arena worries me.

So, based on some of the replies here, I went and did some research and potency and tenacity, including dev comments: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/84653/is-there-a-soft-cap-on-potency-in-pvp-arenaSupposedly, the chance to resist a debuff is MAX(15%, tenacity - potency). However, I feel like this video clearly shows that is wrong. My tenacity on my characters is 30.45, 53.82, 42.64, 32.84, and 28.43. The opponent's Vader's potency was 68% and Palp at 60% Boba at 72%.With tenacity up (+50% tenacity), my guys would effectively have tenacity of 80, 103, 92, 82, and 78. Against Vader, the tenacity - potency (with a min of 15%) would have been 15, 35, 24, 15, 15. That's a chance to RESIST the effect, not a chance to land the stun. Those are very low chances to resist. So low, in fact, that I should had at least one or two characters get dots from Vader and debuffs from Boba. Han Solo only got stunned from Palp after he lost his tenacity up.I get these kinds of results often. I landed stuns and such with Palp way less often when he had lower potency.

Yes, I would also. Han Solo helps me with teams like Droids and don't have a good enough character to replace him with yet. Leia is too slow to get rolling, I've found, in my arena.

Tenacity up isn't +50% tenacity, it just resists everything. However the calculation for potency and tenacity is correct.

It's more like +10000% tenacity or some other very high number. It is made in such a way that it resists everything except when the other team has potency up which will give them the equal amount of potency

I mean I appreciate the effort and the idea of giving hope to discouraged players but there really isn't an undefeatable team on defense. Every team has some form of weakness (tenacity up for Zader) and even without that the AI is just bad at decision making. I feel like you should easily be able to defeat that team and they will also easily beat your team when you are on defense.

That said, a fast Rex to get tenacity up is a big deal. Also consider that a QGJ lead team with a fast Yoda also can be fairly effective against Zader. Same goes for a Rebels squad with Chirrut although TFP landing aoe buff immunity usually turns his ability into just a cleanse and he doesn't do the tenacity up. For your squad a fast Boba would also be beneficial for the ability block. As someone that runs a Zader team those are typically the setups that offer greater challenge. But like I said at the start, pretty much any team on Defense is vulnerable due to the AI targeting/using abilities poorly.
