How to find GOOD friends?
Add forum regulars? That way you know they are committed to the game and are generally better neighbours than the random people in the Add Me threads. But like you said, most of their friend lists...

That's what I'm planning on doing, anyway.
That's a great way to tell. I noticed that at Halloween but didn't delete anyone. For Christmas, I think I'll be dropping any friends that don't get the update in a few days.
