How to trigger Glayvin quest?

Ever since I got my collider my wife has been green with envy. She’s just hit level 17 and I think (really can’t remember) that I got it at that level.

Could someone please explain how to trigger the Glayvin quest?

    The search function in this forum is broken. It only returns results from the old forum that they replaced about a year ago.

    XP collider is available at level 20. You can view the tips thread (where a lot of questions like this may be answered) by clicking on the sticky near the top of this page 'Tips for new players and other links'.

    Thanks. I did do a search for Glayvin quest and came up with a LOT of results, but didn't see the one leading to the Tips. I think I gave up after the 3rd page. My bad. :/
