You are remembering correctly. Not sure which one was with the ray gun, but I know both were premium when they were first introduced. This is the fourth time you could get Kang and the third for Kodos. The past two have been freemium for Kang while this is the first time for Kodos as freemium.

Whew.. Because I was almost convinced that I had gone crazy. :wink:
