So the other day while I was visiting neighbors and spotted a huge woman in a pink towel in one of my neighbor's towns just as I hit the button to go to the next town. I figured she was some event related character and I'd see her again, so of course I haven't spotted her since.Who is she?

It is Dia-Betty. What you saw was her 4 hr task "wash herself". I use it a lot myself.

Oh yeah. I'd forgotten about her. Probably.

Her task is based off of Bart's "I wash myself with a rag on a stick" daydream from King-Sized Homer.

I was going to ask where you're from but then I realized that everyone can say that about their government.
