I don't normally like making posts like this but...
My theory is that they've been quietly retired. They are almost redundant due to high amount of complex content we now get.

KrustyBrand, interesting thought. You might be right. But as we all say, STOP AT AN EVEN NUMBER! 60 is good for like minutes in an hour evenness. If they have to leave it odd, then 69 will do, I concur. It would be cruel for them to continue just to stop at 61....
