Is there to way to make a sim a 'Stan'?

I'm having fun playing Get Famous, and I want to play a scenario where my female actress falls in love with her own "Stan" and I was curious if there was a cheat code or a way I could trick the game into making a sim that I create and place them as my Celeb sim's "Stan"??
