I don't normally like making posts like this but...
My theory is that they've been quietly retired. They are almost redundant due to high amount of complex content we now get.

I think that 6 is relevant because it represents 0.1 minutes. Thus, there's probably a field for storing times that has a single decimal precision (0.1 = 6 seconds, 0.5 = 30 seconds, everything else is greater than 1.0).
Just a hunch though.
