- TLDR: If you haven't been receiving verification codes, try again now!
I've been locked out of my main Springfield for almost two months due to not receiving verification codes. After EA was unable to immediately fix the issue, I kept trying again every once in a while to no effect. I didn't receive an email from EA like Jonofmeans but, inspired by this post, decided to try again and finally got a code! I'm pleased to be back in my town and decided to leave my first forum post to encourage others in the same boat to try again. - lucienleon5194 years agoRising RookieI love a good news thread :)

- Congrats. Yes hopefully the codes will start coming for everyone.
Just got off chat with EA support and the person told me the only solution was to merge my level 450+ game with a new account but I would likely loose all my progress, purchases, purchase history, etc. I declined and said I will wait for a better option.
Looks like there is light at the end of a tunnel???? apologies if this is the wrong thread. :-(
