Is there any other way to get Furniture like there are for Pharmaceuticals (Insanity Cauldron), Junk and Smart Devices (Polyvac)? My brain just doesn't work any more. To many medications.

You can't block graffiti, but what you can do is place training walls to prevent your righteousness rating from being affected. If you got far enough, you should see a chili appear every 8 hrs on top of the cauldron to play the game. Homer needs to be free to play it.
