Yes. This is true. That could be the case!
The call back option should be on the same page as live chat and email. That's the option I've been using lately (but normally I'd go with the Live Chat - but the last couple of times I needed them the waiting times were insane).
I hope everything works out for you.
SIDE NOTE: I have my neices trained to stay on the two pages of apps that I have for them on my phone(one has games, the other are kids books), and remind them to stay on those two pages everytime they use my phone or iPad (if I catch them elsewhere the device gets taken away right away and it is a long time before they get their app privileges back). They know they are NEVER to touch my games, especially TSTO Still, accidents have been known to happen, so I really get your frustration!
EDIT: re-read and realized that something that I had written innocently could have been misconstrued as something offensive. Apologies if anybody read it and took it that way - it was not meant in that context.
